2. ESTIMATE
Establishing the scope and investment.
Establish the anticipated Scope of Work, investment range, deposit and payment requirements, and project timeline. Review and approve the Pre-Construction Agreement to move forward.

3. PLAN
Planning before construction begins.
Finalize design decisions, material selections, allowances, and trade pricing. Complete plans, engineering, permitting, scheduling, final pricing, and the Construction Agreement before procurement begins.

4. BUILD
Bringing the plan to life.
Prepare and protect your home, then complete demolition, structural work, rough-ins, and finishes. We coordinate trades, materials, inspections, and ongoing project communication throughout construction.

5. COMPLETE
Finishing well matters.
Complete the final walkthrough and address remaining punch-list items. Complete the final construction clean, project photography, closeout documentation, and warranty information.
